Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in Lexikros (Lexikros: Fjalëkryq Shqip), the crossword game by Dashcode Agency, and what happens to your data.

In the app

1. Open Lexikros and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete forever (on iPhone and iPad: Delete).

Your account is deleted at once, and a new anonymous player starts in its place.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to dashcodeagency@gmail.com and tell us your nickname, or write from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days and write back when it’s done.

If you have Lexikros Plus

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your account’s subscriptions in Google Play, or in the subscriptions in your App Store settings. A subscription can’t be moved to a new account later.

What is deleted

• your account and its link to Google or Apple;
• your progress, stars and times, and your results in the daily crossword;
• your nickname and region, and with them your places on the leaderboards;
• the daily counts of puzzles and helpers, and the nickname reports you made or that were made about you;
• on the device: saved games, helpers and results not sent yet.

What is kept, with no link to you

• the clue reports you sent, so the clue can be fixed;
• the receipt of your subscription purchase;
• the rooms you played in, so the other player keeps their history, until they are deleted 30 days after the game ends.

Deleted data also disappears from the nightly backups within 14 days. Usage statistics are deleted by themselves after 2 months and crash reports after 90 days. More in the privacy policy.
